I posted larger size than normal, so click on the image for the full size for best effect.This little winged thing was never going to be around for very long, one way or t'other, but I managed to do a camera battery change and stumble on an interesting angle - the second image - before it abruptly flitted off. I think they come up rather well.
As for the type, some sort of dragon or damsel fly?
